Consulting Times

APPOINTMENTS

diary2.jpgAppointments can be made by telephoning the surgery (01772 623110) or by calling at reception. We have a system which means we can offer an appointment on the day of contact. We only pre book a few appointments in advance. Please contact the receptionists should you need further clarification.

The appointment times are 10 minutes per patient. If more than one member of the family needs to be seen, please make separate appointments for each member of the family. Please note children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. It would be helpful if you could cancel any appointments you no longer require. You can do this using our Cancel Appointments form.

We try to ensure that patients are given appointments with a Doctor or Health Care Professional within 24 to 48 hours of the request.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS

If you need an emergency appointment, please ring 01772 623110. The receptionist will ask you for details of the problem, as instructed by the Doctors. This is to assist the Doctors to assess the urgency of each case.
